Getting started
Rate limits
Requests per minute per token and per workspace, the rate limit headers and what a 429 response carries.
Limits
120
requests per minute per token
600
requests per minute per workspace
The tighter limit applies. Verifying a license key live is limited to 30 requests per minute per token.
Headers
Requests per minute, per token and per team; the tighter limit applies. X-RateLimit-Limit and X-RateLimit-Remaining describe the per-token limit; a 429 (from either limit) carries Retry-After (seconds).
X-RateLimit-Limit | The per-token limit. |
X-RateLimit-Remaining | Requests left in the current minute for this token. |
Retry-After | On a 429: seconds to wait before retrying. |
Handling 429 responses
Wait for Retry-After seconds, then retry. A 429 can also mean the workspace reached its monthly ticket limit; see errors. To sync changes without polling, subscribe to signed webhooks.
