This week brings faster sign-in and two new channels. Slack, Discord and Telegram now connect in one click, and there are new tools to keep the inbox clean.
Sign in your way
- You and your customers can sign in with Facebook, Google, TikTok or LINE. Customers can use them on the help portal.
New channels
- LINE Official Account. Messages arrive in the inbox like any other conversation.
- TikTok Business Account (beta).
- Both are Premium channels.
One-click Slack, Discord and Telegram
- Add Zono to Slack or Discord and pick a channel. You don't need to create your own app.
- Telegram makes the bot for you, with no BotFather steps.
- Removing a channel also removes Zono from the other side, and keeps trying if that service is down.
A cleaner inbox
- Mark a conversation as spam and block the sender, across email and live chat. Spam stays out of your ticket counts.
- Close a ticket in one click and record why. Changed your mind? Undo it.
Help inside the chat widget
- Visitors can search and read your help articles without leaving the chat.

- A new About page, and clearer privacy and terms pages.
